I was excited to photograph Susan and Craig's wedding because I've gotten to know them since moving to Saintfield. The day was very relaxed from start to finish, although I think Craig was getting a bit nervous when Susan was slightly late!
Rev. Pollock gave a thoughtful address, and since the wind was picking up the group shot was taken in the church. The happy couple had a chance to chat with their guests down in the hall over some refreshments arranged by the Mother's Union, before heading on for some bridal portraits.
We headed to a jetty in the Quoile Pondage Centre, which was happily shielded from the breeze, much to our relief. After getting some lovely photos, we made our way to Killyleagh for the reception in the Dufferin Arms. The venue was very rustic, and before we were asked to sit for speeches, we got the all-important family photos.
After the speeches were delivered, dinner preceded the dancing. Everyone had a great time, and all the planning came together nicely.
